Serves 3 - 4
3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
500 g minced chicken
1 onion, very finely chopped
1 green capsicum, finely choppes
1 red capsicum, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1. In a large bowl, throw in the mince, onion, both capsicums and fajita seasoning, Mix well then use your hands to make 8 little balls, and then flatten them into 8 small burgers.
2. Heat the oil on grill pan and cook burger on medium heat for 5-6 minutes each side until thoroughly cooked through.
3. Serve with green salad , Soft Flour Tortillas or burger bun.
