About Chili Pepper, Habanero Powder

Product Info:
Habanero Chiles (Capsicum Annuum) are the hottest chile. Behind the heat is a fruity flavor that makes these chiles a wonderful way to spark up a dish. It is a round, oblong chile about 3/4" wide. Habanero means "Havana-like", a reference to it's possible origins.  Scoville heat units 150,000 to 200,000. 

Suggested Use:
Habanero Chiles are very, very hot.  Use Pure Habanero Powder sparingly, add a little to fresh salsa sauces, chili and anything else you want to start a 4 alarm fire with!  Great in Tortilla soup, nachos and other Mexican recipes.

Ingredients:
Dried Habanero Chiles.

Basic Prep:
Chile powders require no preparation. Add directly to recipes when a boost of flavor and heat are desired.

 

Often also spelled Habenero Chile, Chilli, Chille.

    We used this product on our chicken wings and it's does give the meat a better kick than the mild spice. We and our customers really like this product.
