About Aleppo Pepper, Ground

Product Info:
The Aleppo chiles are primarily grown in Turkey and the Aleppo region of Northern Syria. This sweet, sharp tasting chile with moderate heat does not overpower a dish and adds an authentic Mediterranean flavor. 

Suggested Use:
Great on any red meats (beef, lamb) or chicken. Also good in soups.

Ingredients:
Crushed Aleppo peppers.

Country of Origin:  Syria or Turkey

Basic Prep:

    Love this spice. Sometimes a less amount of heat than cayenne would give is needed, and this fits the bill perfectly. Love the taste, color and heat. Makes everything more interesting, from breakfast food to supper.

    i have been to several stores to find aleppo pepper and no one carries it. in fact most stores never even heard of this spice. ty for carrying this and the quality was amazing.
