Red bell pepper powder is a versatile product that can be used anywhere you are looking for a red or orange color. The flavor is reminiscent of sweet bell peppers, but the skin gives it a slight bitterness. This free-flowing powder can be used in the making of pasta, sauces, and garnishing of plates. 

For reference, 16 oz of Red Bell Pepper Powder equates to approximately 10-12 cups of fresh chopped bell pepper, and 5-6 cups of our Dried Bell Pepper, Flakes (of which, one cup weighs approximately 3 oz).
