I'm a pit master and chef and I'm always looking for something to make my meat stand of or give a unique flavor that you can't find anywhere else. This did it, I first used it on grilled chicken and I was told that it was the best chicken I had done yet, so I had to try it on the Ribs, and it over preformed. I suggest everyone try it, it stands well when used by itself or paired with a rub.
