Honey Poppy Seed Dressing

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup Almond Oil

4-5 Tbsp blackberry vinegar*

3-4 Tbsp Poppy Seeds

Pinch of Sea Salt

Pinch of Black Peppercorns


Mix all ingredients in a pint jar with a lid and shake to incorporate. 

*You can make your own flavored vinegar!

Combine 1/2 cup of blackberries (or blueberries, or other fruit), a handful of mint leaves, and a quart of vinegar.  Steep in a cool, dark place for several weeks or up to two months.  But you can use any good quality vinegar - infused with fruit or other ingredients (herbs!), or not, for this recipe.
