Cajun blackened seasoning is used on a wide variety of meats and fish. It is comprised of sea salt, chopped onion, sugar, granulated garlic, oregano, paprika, thyme, and ground black pepper.
Great on chicken and fish. Use as a rub for pork or steak. Try sprinkling over oven baked fries or potatoes to add more flavor. Combine sausage, rice, veggies, & cajun seasoning to make jambalaya.

Just add as instructed. To blacken catfish simply oil sheet pan, cover with cajun blackened seasoning, bake until catfish is done. Simply flip the catfish over when done and seasoning will coat the top as well. May look red or black depending on desired color and cooking time.
