All the Indian spices that I bought from this store taste like the authentic Indian spices that I tasted as a kid back in India. When I started to keep kosher, I was thinking that I will never get to taste Indian spicy food anymore but this company has helped me not miss the Indian food that I like so much! BTW, I am a religious Jew who was born and brought up in India in case you were wondering how and why India and Kosher came together in the same sentence.LOL.
Really like this spice. Have experimented with it on most meats and fish and the results have been fantastic. Very flavorful dishes.
