About Dry Mango Powder

Product Info:
Dry mango is made from tart, unripe mangoes, which are sliced and sun-dried, then ground to a powder and used as a souring agent. Dry mango powder is finely ground but with a slightly fibrous texture. Dry mango powder is most commonly used in northern Indian vegetarian cooking. 

Suggested Use:
Try Dry mango powder with stir-fried vegetables, stuffings for breads, pastries, and soups to add a tangy, sour taste.

Mangoes and silicon dioxide.

Basic Prep:
Ready to use. Just add to recipe as called for.
