About Peppercorns, Tuxedo Blend

Product Info:
The tuxedo blend is a mix of White and Black Peppercorns.

Suggested Use:
Pepper is best when ground fresh just before use. Another option is to tie peppercorns in a cheese cloth bag and drop into a simmering soup or stew. Remove spice bag before serving. Pepper loses its flavor during long-cooking periods, so add at the end.

Ingredients:

Basic Prep:

    Great Blend

When I was a kid, my folks always had the black & white peppercorn blend in the grinder. They would buy a jar of each and mix them. Spices for Less mixes them for you. Always very fresh with great pepper flavor. Great prices as well.

I tried this for the first time not really liking just white pepper both in smell or taste. This blend is great neither one peppercorn overwhelms the other the both work together perfectly I also add grains of paradise to the mix to complete it in my opion and love it and will be buying again when I run out.
